I just purchased Yokohama A-Drive 175/70/R13 at a discounted price of PKR 7,300 each, total cost PKR 29,200 from Shaikh Brothers Karachi for my Lancer 1986 ( A 27yrs+ old car). @sidra If your getting Michelin for 6,800 rs than it's quite cheap. You should increase your budget as you have a big car and safety is first priority. Shaikh bros is the only importer and distributor of Yokos in Pak. You can find dealers for ISL/RWL on the net or go to the main market of tyres there. Also see the manufacturing date of tyres. it's like (YYY180213). The last two numbers r the yrs i.e 13. All 4 old tyres were going for just 500rs, so I just gave it to my friend. @waleed Yokohama Aspec does not come now, it has discontinued now and neither Yokohama db Decibel comes in 13". You might find old stock in few shops but shaikh bros told me both have discontinued in size 13.
There aren't any much choices of Made in Japan in size 13. I only use Made in Japan in all my cars. I had Dunlop Lemans LM701( Made in Japan) same size installed in my car. One of my dunlop developed a bump and i had to change it with a old one last year. The problem with Dunlop and Sumitomo is that it gets bumps aur tyre phool jata hai gubarey ki tarha. Yeh bohat porani bemari hai inmein and every tyre wala knows it well. Dunlop and Sumitomo are both manufactured by Sumitomo Rubber Corporation, Japan.
I am just amazed to see why didnt anyone tell this here. I have a Baleno 2003 with Yokohama db decibel 185/70/R14 installed on it and Vitz 2002 with Yokohama Aspec 175/70/R13 installed on it. I prefer everyone to go for Yokos in Pak. My Baleno was also installed with Dunlop LM 701, 3 tyres developed the bump and i had to change all 4 way early.
