The difference between vezel Z and Z sensing strictly just Honda sensing. RS is based off of the X variant, it's a sportier driving variant. It has 18 alloys, variable gear ratio steering and little bit different dampers to make it handle better although I find Z/sensing to be very good aswell. Z/sensing has more features then RS. Things like all auto power windows illuminated side mirror controls and remote controlled windows and mirrors you cant find in the RS. In my experience, I have a Vezel X, my friend has a Z and my cousin an RS. Mine( X variant) seems a bit softer although it too has 17 inch rims like Z, it also has heated seats etc so it is decently equipped. RS feels better handling wise but in terms of acceleration I feel like my car performs better followed closely by Z and then RS, and my car and RS are very low mileage, under 15k kms, whereas the Z is almost 120k. My recommendation is to get a Z sensing if you're choosing it vs RS variant.
