Which washing machine?

my mom's old sanyo washing machine is probably older than me, it hasn't asked for more than a new belt and drain pipe for as long as i recall.

same with the national refrigerators, again older than me, only reason to even think of replacing them is that they are inefficient by todays standards, otherwise no complaints.

I recently bought 2 top loading fully automatic Samsung washing machines. Model is WA90G9. No problem so far. Its made in Thailand, capacity is 9kg and price was 27k. As per my research at that time, same category in LG was available at 40k and even Haier and dawlance were around 32k.
Currently there are two distributer of Samsung in Pakistan, orient and smart zone. Same washing machine in orient warranty is available in 40k. Dealer was asking 35k in smart zone's warranty but fortunately i confirmed the price from their help line and they told me 27k.so Always confirm price from help line before buying.

The reason for buying dawlance was that I continues the process after electricity load shedding from where it has left the process.

The over all process stays in memory even if light is gone

Panasonic has no warranty in Pakistan. Yes its not that difficult, i have checked the other machines as well and operating procedure is similar in all. In case of power failure, it will resume its operation. I bought 1 from model town Lahore and 2nd one from defense. You call their help line to get address of dealer in your area.

@capsat that's fuzzy logic I was talking about. It's all the same. Top loading works great in Pakistan specially Dawlance.

Sames the thing with my LG front load. It continues from where it is left.

Have Samsung top loader machine at home. Almost 3 years old now and working fine. Got it for around 30k at that time.

We have been using Panasonic 6 kg washing machine for over 5 yrs. No problem. Bought from Blue Area, Isb. Last year shifted to new house and kept machine at Balcony. Due to rains, water seeps through the circuit board and caused short circuit. But got it fixed by some local electrician found at Olx.com. and made a shade for it to keep it safe from rain. So far, machine is performing flawlessly.
