Ok that outer axle is it also known as "kit" in local terms? Because the second mechanic said the IT needs replacement. Shoul I get the Chinese or kabuli one?

No gurantee of Kabli. I never had godd experience with Kabli axles.

Get good quality "Japanese" ones. They call it japaani but are also chinese. Don't go for cheap chinese ones.

good quality Chinese one but make sure to buy branded good quality cvj (axle) grease some Chinese CVJ come with very pathetic grease about Qabli (kabuli) there are either stolen part or repaired one so stay away from Qabli parts
