he just wasted his n every 1s time nothing else

ye acha tamasha ha car lo achi tarah 2 month ragro phir kaho sudden prob i n then ask seller to take it back

You were at fault while buying the car. It was your duty to check the car thoroughly and get satisfied before making the payment. Even if he is dealer.

You found out that Durrani's car is not right, you didn't buy it. Just let this thing go. And if you ( i'm saying IF as I don't know the real truth) didn't tell the real condition of the car it was ethically wrong but again if Durrani sb is buying car after paying money it was his duty to check the car.

Pardon me as both r respectable members of PW but sari conversation main abhi tuk koi fraud samnay aaya nhi. If paint was faded there is nothing hidden it was quiet obvious every body can see if some part is fade so seller need not to mention it specificaly and regarding repaints most of the vehicles are repainted n if 4 people were unable to judge then whats the fault of the seller?????

Also, for your part IF I DIDN'T tell. Bhai his father came to me to haripur hazaara 200 kms from islamabad on BMW 5 series along with 5 people to check da car.

he drove it. After that he said the car is great I told him everryyyything.

he said thek hai token mony batayn. I said no uncl, aapn zuban s kh diya its ok.

aftr that h said that plase ask durrani my son to buy this grey car as red one is not upto my needs.

he had TWO DAYS to amke up his mind.

bahi was he stupid? why didn't he himself call me if car was wrong the very next day? why all this fuss about nothing after 2 months? main keh sakta hoon na k maine car warranty k saath nahi dee thi?

He said 4 pieces painted, I said show me proof of pictures. he kept slip n slip n slip. ab ye sab kia kar raha hai? koi e fraud btayen jo maine kia nho?

After going the thread I think the story is that durani bought the car from Huzaifa which is not according to the condition prescribed by Huzaifa

In my opinion a small meet should be arranged by some senior members and neither Huzaifa nor durani should me called only car should be bought and inspected according to Huzaifa car has only one piece touched except bumpers (am I rite huzaifa) where as durani claims that it has some more touching than told

In my opinion its the best solution
