It won't exactly become a Supra, but it will turn the understeering Civic with high body roll, to an understeering Civic with significantly less body roll. Turns can be taken more precisely when body roll is reduced. This result will occur when pressures are increased on the front and rear equally, or with a 1 or 2 psi difference if specified by the manufacterer.
Creating a large pressure difference, something like 45 front/35 rear, can slightly decrease understeer. The optimum pressure can be found if one has access to a racetrack, air compressor, and lots of spare time and patience.
