OK guys, is it right time to jump in investment portfolio pool? !!!!
Keeping in view,

1. Dollar. Stable or in declining trend for the last 2 months or more. May be because of low pressure on import bills except loan repayments (which are further delayed or rescheduled mostly).

2. Gold. pendulam momentum around $1900 for 2 months or so. Might blast in either way.

3. Property. Witnessed jump in just 2 months all across Pakistan. One catalyst is govt scheme to whiten money upto December 20.
   2nd is, due to corona pandemic ppl stopped investments, now started investments again.

What way to maximise profitability should be adopted, but with less risk.

The ground reality is that our exports haven't increased - they have decreased in fact. As long as this reality remains, any strengthening rupee news should be taken with a bucket of salt.

Just because our loan payments have been delayed doesn't mean we can celebrate.

That was on purpose. A grain isn't enough to cover most bull mierde about the economy that we are getting bombarded with.

I think it is in a grey area, but I think it is a viable option.

gold is at lowest at the moment, If country wide lock down is imposed it will drop further.
stability of exchange rate is very seriously artificial. If fluid resources are available it is time to invest in both.

For Bitcoin in Pakistan, am highly skeptical.

State bank of Pakistan wants absolute power and I think it will be stopped in senate.
Electricity will become more expensive in next 1 week.
Corona is playing hard innings in Pakistan due to which I think gold will go up.
USD will be high because Saudi Arabia is demanding it's donated money to Pakistan.
Any economy expert here on this forum should share his views.
