Rafay, you are saying that the alignment and wheel balancing was okay when they checked in their shop. But, when they put the wheels back on they wobble.
I do not know if you know about tightening the wheel's nut sequence. It looks like a minor thing but its big in terms of balancing/wobbling. You can also feel vibrations on the brake pedal, and your brake rotor can be warped due to unevenly tightened or overtightened wheel nuts.
Torque wrench is the best way to tighten the nuts at equal force for all wheel nuts (in a sequence). Please check with your shop again about the nut sequence. Probably they should know about this, if not show then the sequence given below.
