I didnt find this to be as detailed as a true workshop manual should be...it is just a service manual.

Yar, following is the workshop manual of 2004 Altis. But you will find a lot of help in it.
i'm sorry i don't have the 1.6L service manual.

For chassis and complete body service manual use following link, (Covers 1ZZ-FE 1.8L engine)

The engine is Honda L13Z1 iVTEC. The maintenance or workshop manual is hard to find as Honda City is not a global market car.
