Dear off roaders
Being a 4x4 enthusiast I always have respect for rough treks. When the going gets tough the tough gets going.I have been to very beautiful places of Pakistan whom are difficult to reach even on a 4x4.But there are few treks whom are death traps.I have seen few dangerous treks Like Saren Valley (Batakundi to Saren)...Lalazar Top Trek (Last 3 kms in rain specially) few patches of Batogha Top Trek, Bassu Top Trek, Khaplu to Ishkole & few more (pardon me if i forget).
But District Chitral poses the Gold Medal in death traps.
Attaching a picture of one of the trek which we did on a Toyota Corolla Diesel (Hatch back, local Taxi) and I was amazed by the off road capability of this vehicle.
Picture is courtesy of my Chitrali friend (Imran Shah) whom is a famous high altitude climber as well as guide.
