Guys I was in china from 2005-2010 ( jul) trust me if they wanted it seriously then it gonna happen fast, reall fast n they have power n speed to make other competitors cry . The sedans n suv's of chery are really Gud one company that is really giving a hard time in western countries is byd if thier hatch backs came here n they advertise their product n do reasonable marketing then it will be a game changer

5 to 7 years no way man, within 1 year you will see progress and cars on the road, and by the way they don't care of current political situation they and business people they only think of making money with their policies... InshAllah car market will be like a motor bike as now you can see alot of local bikes and now Honda people are bande ke putar and they are not increasing Thierry prices and prices and stable...

there are already some chinese cars available here in Pakistan. like QQ and i think rexton is also chinese and there is one van with difficult name. but there are not getting any buyers here. i mean on papers QQ is much better than mehran and coure in terms of features, but still not many people went for it. so i think even more brands are available here, people will be preferring local over chinese.

bro the reason that people didnt go for it was coz of spare parts availability and a lack of proper dealership. if china operates manufacturing plants in pakistan then story will change and u will see demand for chinese cars actually increasing. coz people are quite seriously sick of paying 6lakhs for a mehran.

Lets be hopeful , they will come soon , however Pakistani market is a difficult market. It will be very hard for them to Market their product where, we as a buyer have blind trust on Toyota and Honda but i bet, they will be a big blow to suzuki. Again its the Cosumer mind that they need to understand, like they need to market their parts first. Yes its odd but thats the only way to get Pakistani consumer confidence. so Fingers Crossed and Lets welcome China!

Chinese cars have improved quite a lot, And they are joined by some big brands and are producing some nice cars. And in near future mostly cars will be made in china.

BUt the question is will you not buy NaPak suzuki? because in case of cherry QQ the price of QQ and mehran are same at that time but people still preferred Crappy Mehran on QQ.

a friend owns QQ from last 4 years and i drove it its a good car compared to even alto quality is much better but main deal with that car was parts problem i was getting a qq in 225K but didn't go for it coz spares and still driving my oldile mehran coz of spares
