If you buy new car engine will also be resolved. Why would you buy a whole new engine just for one ecu. Try to find the ecu for your car. To verify that its the ecu Thats at fault you could try finding someone with a d15b engine and use its ecu.

i think the engine u swapped is actually the most common swap in your car done at most engine swap markets. just go to the same place from where the engine was procured. get its ecu mapped. your current ecu wouldnt work and engine wont start if there is an ecu mismatch. however you just go to the place and get the correct ecu installed. also get the basic oil change, alignement of the car, all filters changed and plugs cleaned. your milage will improve.
