@A1MS
Hope you find a good RX-8 Type S manual, its one of my fav sports cars, I thoroughly enjoyed a mint condition fresh import Type S for 2 years and regret selling it. The only points to remember for maintaining the rotary engine are:
Check the engine oil level after every 1,500 kms of driving and top it up to the full level marked on dipstick. Only use Caltex Havoline Formula 10W-30 oil. The rotary engine will consume oil as part of its normal running operation, nothing to worry about. Genuine oil filter of new Nissan Sunny 1.3 is a perfect fit. Although the engine holds up to 7 litres of oil you can only drain 3.5-4.0 litres at a time by the standard method of draining i.e by opening the drain plug underneath. Replace oil every 5,000 kms. Never use any kind of partially/fully synthetic engine oil.
Only use HOBC (hi octane) fuel at all times, never ever put regular/super or it will cause knocking/pinging and that will f**k up the apex seals of the engine.
I'll mail you a complete maintenance guide if you're interested.
Now watch how my silver RX-8 messed with a MarkX 3.0 and a BMW 530i:
