^^dint notice that ...although they dont give beats headphones, its just the normal earpiece ...at least not this old ipod typesits just the beats equalizer in it.....they did give beats earpiece but when the deal was new...later on after firing the director of htc who did this deal...they still continue to partner with beats but that would only provide you with beats equalizer..while in just FEW countries you will get beats earpiece also...btw that sux big time too currently usin beats...nothing special...in this price you can get way way better products...surprisingly better products
These are original earphones, HTC does not give beats earphones anymore its just the equalizer. I own SensationXL too which comes with beats earphones, so yeah.
