Need suggestion.. I will be buying modified or jail broken. But some guys said that ps3 update makes it non hacked. I am still confused about what to choose?

The Super Slim PS3's can only be hacked using Cobra ODE, a chip that is installed in your console.
The price varies form 11k-15k for this chip with installation.
PS3 Slim models can be hacked but you won't find a brand new Slim PS3 in market.
Better get XBOX 360 Super slim which is jtagged, it means you will be able to play games on your console without the need of any disc, you can download games on your PC/Laptop and later copy them on your Xbox 360's hard drive and play.
Plus you will get a lot of features and you will be able to customize it. The thing is you won't be able to play online, you'll eventually get banned. However even after ban, you will be able to play offline.
Xbox 360 also comes in LT-3.0+, in it you will be only able to play with a pirated disc(Those 100 rupees wala). You won't be able to play directly from hard drive.
Xbox 360 Super Slim Jtagged one is a better buy overall.

Xbox 360 E is the newest model. Buy it. Without Kinect it would be around 24-26k depending on which modification it has Jtag/LT+.
As it's for a child, buy the one which has LT3.0+ modification. With this mod, you can run pirated games. If he wants to play online than make sure you don't buy one which has been modified or your console will be banned!
I don't know anything about Lahore. There are many premium sellers on PakGamers, buy from them.
You'll get the power supply with the console. You won't be able to find any original accessories in Pakistan though the shopkeepers will claim that these are original. Just buy them from a well reputed shop.

I have checked from Kiran Electronic shop they are asking Rs. 36,000/- for X box containing (Power source, HDMI cable, A/V cable, 250 HD and an extra controller. Would any one tell is it OK or not.
