I'm not sure, but they would ship it to your place VIA TCS or any other courier company totally on your EXPENSE and RISK...!
BTW They don't have Xbox One without Kinect!
Oh yeah if anyone wants PS4, the guy from whom I bought PS4 is selling Reg.1 for 51k, that's the cheapest in the market now, PLUS he delivers across Pakistan!

Xbox One with kinect NTSC model would be around Rs.60,000/- (Not sure, but I guess it would be more expensive than that. Though most of the online stores have it for Rs.65,000/-)
Controller would be around Rs.7,500/-
Two games: Rs.13,000/-
If you want to play online then you also have to buy 1 year Live subscription card for Rs.6,800/-
You should have around total of Rs.90,000/- to enjoy it!!!

PS4 seems cheaper but the price is without the eye (PS4 equivalent of kinect)

Then you can't connect it!
I'm not sure, maybe you need VGA cable that connects your LCD with the Xbox. I'm not sure, go to some shop and ask them I'm sure they'll help you out!

But tell me how to connect with sony led lcd bcz xbox 360 cable has three colours white , yellow n red but on lcd there is 2 red , yellow but no white n there is also a green n one another colour. I have tried many times but output is no signal

Get a good quality HDMI to HDMI wire which would cost around Rs.1000/- and you're good to go!

It's also for display purpose, those TV's that don't have HDMI port, people use that cable to connect xbox to the tv!

I used this one for my 360. If you remove it again and again, it will damage the cable, if used properly with care, it will last for years!
