To avoid shaking use a civic/spectra, for good braking again use civic/spectra, for a real luxury suspension find yourself a new Daewoo, for else show/dubduba/jeep feeling and good room to sit in, use Corolla

bhai its a reaction to the corolla hype. it is considered a symbol for luxury, comfrrt, speed and what not.
things u are mentioning are too sensible for majority, hence no use.

asd, do yourself and your car a favour, and replace the general tyres ASAP. the road grip and handling of those tyres are horrible. You'll thank all of us pakwheelers later :D.

Im not sure about the wind issue, but my 03 accord shook a bit too when two racers on the highway overtook me at 100MPH lol :D, i think they missed my car max by an inch or two.

thanks all for the opinion,,,,,,one thing i forgot to mention is that steering wheel is i think the best part of this car,its very very smooth and takes turn with utmost ease,,,i love to take turns using this steering wheel,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i might change the tyres after i am fullly convinced that the general tyres are no good at all...........................someone tell me about the registration cost here in islamambad,,,,,,,,,,,,,the showroom guy in lahore is asking 22000 rupees for registrfation which is too high for me

i think if xli had been priced at 80,0000 it would have been the best of the best option and car here in paksitan,,,,,8,79000 is a bit too high for this car...........................someone mentioned that there are 6 speekers in the car,,i find only 4,,where are other 2?????

To reduce shake use stiff suspension.. corolla aftermakt suspension is not easily available in Pakistan,, have to shop in Dubai. as car is raised to handle rough roads and extra weight of 5 ppl plus lugguage (sometimes cng cylinder too),, air passing under the car at high speed gives the shake on empty car. i have added additional engine weight and slight lower suspension to overcome the problem, but still i know i want to lower my corolla for motorway use.

so u also feel the shaking effect of new corolla????i was driving with one person in the car,,so u want to say that its unsafe to overtake at motorway at higher speeds in new corolla,,,,,i like the airflow theory,,but hwat u think is the safe limit of speed while overtaking at motorway...??

there are only four speakers in gli.. i dont know about xli.
6 speakers setup is only available in altis and 2.0d saloon

@asd yar I am not sure abt the cc of xli if its under 1300 i.e., 1297cc of 1295cc then the total cost of registration should be around 11k but if its 1300cc and above like liana is 1328cc then its gonna cost you 22k(at 1300cc and above total reg charges are 2% of invoice value).
