the arc looks very nice. but with same 1ghz snap dragn procesor, no front camera u will have to change the phone very very soon.it also doesnt have a light sensor, which means battery life will b horrible at full brightness.
getting galaxy s 2 will not give u any special boost because there are hardly any softwares made which supports tegra 2 (dual core) for now

now after massive loss, i have understood one thing. i phone4 for now is the best buy.
u will hardly ever go unnoticed, the phone even after 1 year, has the best display and camera and the apps available (cracks) are just some of the features which will keep u hooked up for long.
and with so much mess in the android world ( from vga screens to 100's of other technology) some apps work on some phones and some dont.
not forgetting the rates!!!! android phones fall rs.10000 in a day happened to me with play.
