u maybe right about the boring parts coz u r spectators even i used to get little bored...... but now this was my first time i took part n believe me i enjoyed a lot.....the best part is to meet experienced drivers n get skills from them.....a lot of ppl said few sport cars showed up n most of them were stock cars....as u shud know tht sport cars r hard to handle on those tight tracks...even Nadir Magsi spun out at the 3rd or 4th round in his Evo 8
i believe most of the ppl especially kids come to see the sport cars n not to see the race....just to enjoy their weekend times with groups of friends....m saying coz some of my cousins who r between 15-18yrs were also bored but they had fun with their friends at the autocross 
oh btw hats off to the organizers as they did their best n hard work to make this even successfull...congrats to the winners
