cause in Lahore people don't do anything other than watching,making video of a caddilac getting stuck over a huge speed bump in front of hotspot and then driver pushing throttle , making burnouts to move the car over, after two days height of speedbump got re changed. bottomline. here people increase or decrease speedbumps heights. what a waste of taxpayer money!
