Why don't you guys arrange some Drag racing ? I was there last time and it was so boring. There should be a safe Drag racing event and no one should be allowed to stand on the footpaths unlike the Bahria town event.

Most of the cars performs there in the autocross are family sedans, they are either stock or underpowered and its pretty much boring to see them. And cars like Honda beat. OMG..

Believe me, People ONLY come there to see the most amazing part in the end where guys perform some donuts, drifting/powersliding, burnouts, backfires etc.

boring? yup agreed but , drag's are just the kinds of races in which money talks , in these solo lap trials the skill of the driver is tested unlike the drag's in which u just have to floor the pedal ,yea drag's are a lot fun to watch but i would definitly prefer circuit type racing over drag's if i partipate

A blue Mini Cooper had an accident while practising, it lost control while cornering and hit the sidewalk on the opposite side, thankfully no one was hurt.

The airbags deployed upon impact and the front windshield cracked.

yea i was happy to see its gonna participate twm but the guy lost control n at the last autocross practice 1jzgte S2k lost control at the practice too :(.....btw this was mini cooper S JCW 200hp version

I was thinking of taking a round on the Celica in the end but after I saw the Mini crash in front of my eyes, I said to myself no way.

u brought the silver celica in the end? 2zzge or 1zzfe? btw the guy did some mistake while turning...u cud have driven celica not in agressive just calmly like we all were doin except those pro drivers Nadir Magsi, Shamyl Khuro n Asad khuro...the most agressive driver was Ahsan

i would not not focus on speed ,

i would focus on quality handling , judging a corner few meters before what you plan to do.

steering in advance as you built up on speed because you anticipate the skid.

sad to hear about crash but learn from it what went wrong ., without mistakes you cannot learn ,, anyone who ended in crash needs to go back to previous handling lesson. jumping ahead ends in crash.

you anticipate will happen make sure there is space to correct the mistake before crash happens.

Yes, that was me. It has the 2ZZ-GE, 6-speed manual, 2003, SSR-II, UK spec.

I wasn't participating, so it didn't feel right for me to take a round.
