I tried annealing three copper and one aluminium washers.. Copper went well but aluminium annihilated rather than annealing.. Melted due to over heating, i missed the point when it was suppose to move away from the torch

One copper washer is still leaking after installing on a diesel pump inlet pipe. I tried annealing it a few time but its still leaking..

Is the washer smooth or grooved?

Is the surface of the banjo ok? Try 3 loosening and tightening sequences.

Slight grooves were there despite heating a few time..
Bonjo seems flat and smooth.. I even tried a 2000 grit sandpaper to remove and doubts.

As a last resort i had applied a slight dab of silicon, so far it isn't leaking. But I'm not sure if diesel can effect or penetrate silicon over time..

The usual, how chrisfix uses dslr and joggers, whereas you used a mobile camera and no stand or helper to film it. Basically, he wanted you to shoot a professional video instead of a casual one
