@RX115:did you tried some pdf readers like adobe acrobat,evince etc to open ,as this is a .pdf file.It worked perfectly.May be,it is on outdated pdf format.
@MALABAR i tried it by adobe acrobat reader.downloaded successfully but couldnt open in adobe acrobat
@RX115 : bhai ,it works fine for me.I think You should try opening this pdf file using some other pdf readers which supports old pdf format.If you are using windows ,I suggest you try foxit reader or some free software readers :
