@orijinal cylinder block..............

The cylinder is sleeved to 0.5

@piston,rings, shud made in japan.............

They were Japanese but don't remember the brand...

@carb shud b in fit condition(bike slow bhi khari hoti ho,or top throttle per bhi khansi na kerti ho.)

It is doing some masti... slow par to khari hoti hay but agar raat ki khari start karoon to top throttle par khansi karti hay but after some running set ho jati hay... what is the solution for it???

@cdi+coils shud bi orijinal ones.i have all orijinals.

They are the original ones...

@clutch box shud work exactally.............i have good one with fiber plates.

I got Japanese clutch plates installed in them but don't know about the fiber ones...

@rims shud be in exact positions with sports or semi sports tyre(not moti guddi wala)

@bilalzubairy...........i think then carb need some tuning......check the air screw,s revoloution the orijinal one is 2.1/4 yani sawa 2 chaker anti clock wise open hota hay per ye new carb ki setting hay after getting old carb ki setting change bhi ho sakti hay.....main jet orijinal hay kya?
and needle position kya hay it shud bi on 3rd step......
look bike start karna or jab kuch oil chard jay to pehlay mid throttle dena(khadi bike per) phir kuch der k liay full throttle dena or check kero k full throttle per missing type ki hekat to nahi ho rahi............ager ho to current ka masla bhi ho sakta hay check the current it shud be strong blue one.....
kya energy induction box sahi kam ker raha hay?

Wasay carb ka sab kuch original hay but positions check karni parain gin...will let you know as soon as i check them in night...

nope u will have to hold the throttle after getting 4 or 5 rpm when u get the written rpm just hold the throttle and dont spin it after holding the throttle on 4 or 5 rpm withen 2 or 3 seconds the rpm will increase automatically.

Hey guys had a tough week and didnt get time to come online... So whats happening with u guys

Btw ur saying that to check the energy induction box we must hold the rpm for a few sec at 4000 and then at the same it should increase ? Right. While having kept that stable race ... Will check on my ride and see .

Got it ... will try it today in the evening...

By the way i checked the needle(salai) position... from top to bottom, it was set to 2nd position... i didn't changed it as don't know what will happen if i change it's position... but still after a tuning and oiling of bike, it is giving a great response... and feeling much better...

can u give me the image of needle......i think,,,,,the needle has lost its smoothness due to age factor......

and did u ask to mechanic about fuel average.....situation describes k mechanic nay bike ka petrol kum kiya hoa hay..............and its effect on acceleration btw...........

set the needle lock to 3rd position and check it again i hope u ll get what u need.
