a correctly jetted and setup RX115 engine is very torquey, the reeds setting plays the most important role in it as it forces a stronger vacuum signal to the carb increasing low end torque. Then correctly jetting it produces a very strong running engine with minimum smoke.
I never put oil in the petrol tank, the autolube was always perfect and I used Emarat 2 stroke oil. When I bought the bike, the tank was missing, so I looked for it and found one for Rs 1500/- more than 10 years ago. the oil pump was Rs 150/- used., I put a new oil plunger oil seal in it.
like all my vehicles this bike was also "ghareeb parwar" it never said no and it started on the 2nd kick in the morning with choke pulled. It saw maintenance once every 6 months which had the bike on the service table. Talk of reliable - I did not need to remove or change its BP7HS spark plug for more than 1.5 years. I just changed it out after that long time as preventive maintenance.
