Bore 0.50 pe ha glass cast karwaya tha mein khud as I did told you aur piston TOP ka ha jab k connecting rod Malaysian ha aur engine k sab bearings skf brand k hein aur engine oil as u suggested 20w50 ka ha ....

How much did the glass casting cost you. And is there any performance difference after casting the glass???

2k lag gaey thy casting pe,infact meri street mein
gear banaty hein...un logo k pas order aya tha glass casting ka to unho ny mujy b cast kar dia aik glass....Difference ye ha k meri bike khabi seize nai hui na hi garm ho k lose hoti ha,zero k piston pe mein 150 tak b gya hu....overall bohat achi performance ha..one thing more cylilnder ki porting k liey b mein 500 pay kiey thy...

gear banaty hein...un logo k pas order aya tha glass casting ka to unho ny mujy b cast kar dia aik glass....Difference ye ha k meri bike khabi seize nai hui na hi garm ho k lose hoti ha,zero k piston pe mein 150 tak b gya hu....overall bohat achi performance ha..one thing more cylilnder ki porting k liey b mein 500 pay kiey thy...

hope for the best for the new glass, no doubt glass is the main part in the engine but the porting has its own worth, having good glass with wrong angled n wrong placed porting can be harmful to the engine and performance,

Sahi kaha app na .....Zahir ha ...when he say's from yamaha Factory ...jub RX ki production ho rahe thee, unhon na 2 Rx's out of 1000 , extra advance banai thee ,1 rx japan ma reh gai or 2sri AAmir k use ma ha .....ha ha ha ...

Yes ic sy pehly mein aik 1.00 ka TOP ka piston seize kar chuka hu...wo b meri apni galati thi,running k start mein bike baga di thi aur jab k oil bohat kam tha..so wo seizeeeeeee kar gai...glass us k bad lagwaya tha aur zero number STR piston dala tha...STR bohat acha chalta ha agar running bandy k puttarrr ban k ki jaey,jo k aaaam tor pe hum sy hoti nahi ha.......

Haan g mein bohat satisfy hu...bohat zaberdast brake support ha ic ki..
Ab mein rear tyre b Gauri ka hi dalu ga..Gauri sports bohat acha ha

Just One day b4 ,AAmir got his Rx Motor Reconditioned ,and this day he was wheeling in front of Rx gang on Main boulevard...he not even got the time to clean his bike , If u Look closely , u can see mechanics greasy marks...

Shukriah bhai Log....apka logoon ka or Rx/Gto ka pyar ,jo yahan le ata ha.

Faheem bhai mujha apna trainee camera man rukh len ..lol...log samajte hen k camera her waqt meri pocket ma hota ha...well this habit in not sooo new ,runs from father side ,he was a amateur photographer....i still have his pentax professional camera with different tele lens. ab digital ka dooor ha , reel wala zamana gya...khair....where was i ???

Yes Faheem bhai amir Rx looks lonely...we were at saleem bhai's shop ,where these pic's were taken...Plan was too have lunch , then visit the Car n Bike show at liberty car park...it was quite a gathering of all classic cars ,bikes to new Cars and Sports bikes...It was just like Fast n Furious part 1 scene...Bikes n Cars revvviiing....Lots of people and familys..Me ,Aamir and Saleem bhai went on our Rx es..later Malik Asif joined with his Younger brother... Wish u Guys were Here !!!
