Its pretty nicely geared and cruises at 100 km/h very easily - once you hit the powerband it pulls pretty hard too, that really helps in climbing, if you have the original 22mm carby and have set the reeds correctly to 9mm lift and have good jetting and oiling the machine has pretty decent torque.
the only problem others may face is when you ride it for hours the exhaust cooks and starts to burn off the collected oil sludge - so your other bikers may complain of smoke, but you can just accelerate it up a bit and ride a km ahead for a few kms to clear it out - then join the pack again.
If you guys have the original suspension setup, its really good for such rides, its very soft and sort of floats over bumps and dips.
