i want to install rx115 engine to dt 100 whats expert advice regarding fitting is it bolt to bolt or i will have to alter the frame

sorry read that wrong
it wouldn't be bolt on....height of dt100 and rx115 engines are different....need some work but the end result worth it.

i restored dt100 about 4 years back in my collage days....so got experience of dt100....i'm also interested in such swap but due to some circumstances unable to start....and sold it when my collage ended....
rx 115 engine will fit but the problem you get in is head height difference of rx 115 and dt 100....it will not be a difficult swap you just need some measurements before you start.

I have bought rx115 engine to install in dt 100 i need experts help that how could I maintain engine efficiency so as to reach its max topspeed it doesn't mean to prepare bike for racing i just need engine power to rush through tough heights,because dt100 wasn't capabale to move through an elevation of 60 degrees

then get cdi and bootle boost system because it will not perform right without bootle boost...

U mean that by installing the right cdi abd boost bottle i can maintain its efficiency .

bootle boost is necessary to get right out of RX otherwise it will not perform like it should.....cdi is the basic ignition component must be ok....further many factors depends vo ap jab use karaien gaien to aista aista pta laga ga

acha yeh btain k is engine ki output voltage kia hai coz aj kul ki bikes ki tu 12 volt hai

it's 6v i think so because my dt100 is also 6v but i had installed 12 volt battery in it....work well.
