Yes gear lever can b adjusted. I think u should contact a good mechenic hence these are the minor issues 1 can solve them at home easily but i think u are not a technical guy. Or adjust the clutch today dnt wait for 1000 k.m it will damage the clutch plates if clutch is not adjusted properly.

He is better skilled rider then me. But i manage to over take him saveral times. But cg ko beat krna aasan nahi hy ybz pe. Pori jan lgti hy ybz ki tb ja k cg ko beat krta hy. Pr m happy k yeh bike powerfull hy.
Now come to ur point initial pick its pick is not as strong as cg in 1st gear but its smooth in pick dsnt give u jhatka.
1st gear can go upto 20 k.m/h easily according to meter. I push the r.p.m upto 8k in 1st 2nd and 3rd gear some times upto 10k but i feel its enough to push r.p.m upto 8k.
I achieved 95 k.m/h in 4 gear then i shift to 5th gear and top speed i got is 110+ with double swari i think any thing above 100 with double swari on a 125 cc bike which weight about 107 k.g is a good result.
