A friend of mine is suzuki company car mechanic he has suzuki sd110 with him he is using american cars oil in his bike from day one his bike odo has clocked 150,000km on that oil & engine is still so strong+seal packed bike goes to 120km/h easily fuel average is around 60

I think after that nothing is left

nd dont' worry literally its maintenance-free bike.

Yesterday i was riding my cg125 with my 5 year old nephew sitting behind me. I was going at 40 km/h. He told me that unlike his fathers toyo 70 cc when he ride on my bike his feet tingles. Even a 5 year old can feel the vibration of cg 125. Cg is not a bad bike but if you want comfort and other features like self start etc then avoid cg 125.

brothers criticism is not on cg125 no doubt it was best of the best but it was 40 years ago. 40 years back even those Japanese cg125 was way muvh luxurious and comfortable than today's cg125 if anyone have a chance to use the Japanese made cg he can tell the difference . You can find cg125's specialist mechanic on every corner and every part of country because every new chotoo is trained on cg125 or cd70 so alteration is not a big deal for anyone. Same situation is in part industry you can find a part in several price ranges and quality but if you compare original with original then you will come to know that there is no such difference at all. Honda has local made or Chinese made genuine parts and yamaha has thai ,Taiwan , Philippines made engine and local plastic parts which are way much better than honda's local parts. So todays need of a rider is comfort and durability and performance if you need speed then y don't you go for heavy bikes above 250cc......

But you can say it experience than analysis. Im a bike rider since 1998 in these 20 years I've drove honda and yamaha as well and one thing I've experience is yamaha never jumps from orignal to locally made parts on the other hand when ever AHL launched an excellent bike they made it low quality after 2nd or 3rd edition. They launch 125 deluxe the very first edition was imported and was much durable and was an actual deluxe what happened to it after they change imported parts with so called genuine (local) parts. Same with cd100 which was replaced with pridor. I own a cd100 2008 and traveled alot on it. It never let me down and im a fan of it but for there profits they compromise on it too.

You are right sir,
AHLs' local management did this with all their bikes. They thought that there is no one as their biggest rival; but now situation is v. different. Because Yamaha nd even some Chinese brands are making quality bikes nd selling into Pakistani market. Now its tough time for Honda, because they are producing low quality bikes with less features, nd bikes provide zero comfort level.
So i think its a buzzer for Honda to change its conservative policy.
Over all i've observed that Yamaha never compromised over its quality. their QC is still very good.
nd now their Karachi Plant is fully functional; nd its management is in the hands of Japanese qualified engineers, thats why Yamaha is slowly swallowing bikes market in Pakistan. nd i think its good; because people get good reward of their money in form of a quality product.

breakin period mai fuel avrg kam hi aati hy. pr break in period k bd zror check krvay waise mje b start mai 30 to 35 ki avrg mil rahi the.
or reserve 2 liter hy i will confirm it frm user manual. but i remember its 2 liter.

I really would love to buy this bike, but at the moment i cant afford the maintainence of this bike as my income is not that much and there is no yamaha mechanic available at every street....i would be able to buy it on instalments but the issue is im moving from 70 cc bike and i dont know whether i would b able to afford its fuel, maintainence expense in the long run.... since i drive 126km everyday on damn 70 cc bike and yea my ass really gets numb by the time i reach home....so anyway i am thinking about buying pridor but seeing some reviews on the other forum, ahl has dropped its quality...... My cd 70 fuel expense every month is rs4000-4500 rupees and i know the fuel expense of the pridor would b even more but i want comfort and more speed so i can complete the journey 15-20 mins earlier....suggest me if there is any difference in the maintainence cost of yb125z (125cc bike) and pridor (a 100cc bike)

YBZ 125 is the best in all terms than pridor specially in comfort+Quality its a maintenance free bike

Pridor is traditional 70cc over bored to 100cc with very old technology with second gear KHATTAK noise+its a 100cc bike with four gear

YBZ is 125CC bike with 5 gears 5th gear is there for engine relaxation bike is with self start feature+with latest tech OHC engine these kind of engines are called maintenance free engine their inspection period comes after 5 to 6000 thousands kilometers only you have to change its engine oil+air filter cleaning you can do it yourself at home except their is nothing left to do

45 to 47 and i drive bit faster. And i usually drive in crowded roads.

Thats pretty good for 125cc bike ..... My cd 70 only gives 47...using honda oil
