Here is my review after purchase and riding around 30km it should be considered initial assessment however full assessment will be made after 1000 km.
Like:
1. Looks not huge like YBR and not small like CG even i felt that its bigger then my CD 185. (8/10)
2. Ride very soft (9/10)
3. Seat width (8/10)
4. Shocks (9/10)
5. Brakes (8/10)
6. Speedo meter (7/10)
7. Throttle response. (9/10)
8. Starter motor response. (9/10)
9. Clutch and break lever very easily controllable not like honda. (9/10)
10. Indicator looks decent (7/10)
11. Sound you can say bad or you can say good but i found it decent. (6/10)
12. Manual was in Urdu. thats great to promote Urdu (10/10)
Dislike:
1. Gear pattern (i dont know why it is called sporty though i am used to it due to cd 185) (5/10)
2. Big problem that when you are riding and get station at 1st gear its hard to back on Netrual. However if you switch off the engin it came to Netrual easily. (Mech said dont worry its start) (1/10)
3. Too much plastic. (4/10)
4. Indicator display on speedometer panel should have separate for left and right indication. (though not big problem) (4/10)
5. Seat leather (whatever) becomes wrinkled. (2/10)---------- do other users of Z faced same problem?
6. Headlight light big in size. it would be better to be maximum if it be equal to the size of glass of headlight in total.(4/10)
7. Some parts quality is very bad like. rubber of foot rest, cover rubber of clutch, back view mirror and brake lever etc. (3/10)
8. Big problem is mudguards. Front mud guard I installed the plastic bottom cover for front whereas looking for back fender. (1/10)
9. Welding quality is very poor (2/10)
Misc. Comments:
1. My fuel guage works fine.
2. Bike looks decent.
3. Would be good if they came up with blue colour also.
4. Overall its good bike. (7/10)
5. Would be more good if this bike will give me no mental and financial pain.
6. Will check and let you people know about the my bike's milage.
One thing from old users of this bike. The seller and mech said that first change of oil would be after 500 km. whereas till 16-6 of manual till where i read 
its never said that change of oils is required after 500 km. though not in my mind now i think it was written that after 1000km.
