Brother as usual u r quick in guessing. I already visited the best machenic in rawalpindi and got my bike tuned. Every thing was perfect but just after 800 k.m bike is producing noise and not delivering power. I never tried 20w 40 in my bike infact m using yamaha lube regularly.

In one of your previous post you said that you tried 20-40 oil but as you didn't get good outcome of it so you quickly restored to yamalube 20-50... Anyway, if you didn't use it then it's good.

Now the problem is that we are feeling this bike under power. Personally, I guess that we need to increase fuel ratio as well as need to change the plug and we should try to mix little hi octane oil instead of whole regular fuel.

I will try above options tomorrow and then share its result. I feel that we are not getting good fuel in Pakistan as every pump owner/worker says that its ron is 92 but i think that it's not 87 even. I will start by mixing hi octane first and if i still didn't feel any change in power then go for plug change or increasing fuel ratio.

YBR owners were facing same issue as i go through their forum and people over there did these few modifications by themselves and these problems got fixed. I am dead sure that hi octane will reduce the engine noise too.

In city we want to try 4th and 5th gear and also want the bike to fly over everything. Bhai mere yeh bhi doosri bikes ki tarha ek bike hi hy indoor traffic mein bohot rear chances hotey hein k aap 4th gear bhi laga sako aur jub aap munasib acceleration diye bina hi 5th gear laga dete ho to bike missing shuru kr deti hy.
Mere pyarey bhaio 5th gear mein aaney k liye pehly 4th gear mein accelerator ko 8 to 9k rpm tak stable krna hota hy phir jab aap 5th gear lagaty ho to bike missing nai karti aur yeh position riders ko sirf long pr hi mil sakti hy.
Aur jahan tak baat rahi bike k underpower honey ki to northe areas mein hight gain karty waqt aap 2nd gear ya maaxx 3rd gear tak hi jaa sakty ho otherwise bike koi bhi overpowered bike bhi ho to climb nai karey gi.
I've done the whole north on my cd100 and never found any power issue coz i never RAPE my bike there......
Plz change ur style of driving the bike instead of modifications.

My idle rpm is now stable Alhamdulillah. Or @clevever bhai aap aise batain q kr rhy ho jaise k humne phle dfa bike li hy or kuch pta nahi how drive in city and how to drive on long. Dear mai is bike ko cg k sath head to head 115 top tk ly k gya hon. Or traffic mai tu roz drive krta hon or aap thek kah rhy ho city mai bardasht or hosly k sath chlna prta hy or waqai kbi kbi 4th gear ki nobat aati hy.
Now coming back to the point maine kal bike mixture company default setting pe kr dea spark plug saf kea chain ko lubricare kea hy. Ab idle rpm stable hy bike 8k rpm tk accelerate b kr rha hy. Avrg in local 40 hy. Pr bike underpower hy slow acceleration hy.
@boldpisces mai 4 liter altron k sath 1 liter altron x dala hy last time. Or mje koi or issue nahi 1 accelration slow hy.

Chain or rear wheel center maine check kea hy. Aaj wheel alignment wale k pas jao ga. Or i will check all possible reasons k bike smooth q nahi hy ya acceleration slow q hy. 1 bat or b hy bike ki rear brake b thek kam nahi kr rhe hy or i think wheel alignment ki zrorat hy. Tyres b check krvao ga aaj k kahi koi tyre tera na ho. Waise iska front tyre third class hy yehi tyre pridor mai aya tha or pridor ka dance b khtm nahi hota tha front tyre ki wja se.

Mein ny kb kaha k aap pehli baar bike chala rahy ho bhai. Mein to yeh keh raha hoon k first time hum butterfly carburetor wali bike chala rahey hein iss ko chalaney mein aur honda ko bhaganey mein bohot zyada farq hy even my hand is just set on this bike. Yeh ek cruiser bike hy aur hum cg125 ko beat kr k bohot khush ho rahey hein. Bhai cg ka iss se ya iss ka cg k sath muqabla krna munasib nai samjhta yeh koi drag racer bikr nahi iss ko chalaney k liye calm and cool mind zaroori hy aisa nai k ye kam bhagti hy lekin hum cg k mind set se jab iss ko chalaney ki koshish kartey hein to humein ye uderpower lagti hy.

Brother mixture agr zyada advance bhi ho to bike sahi accelerate nai karti it should be adjusted due to bike's response it doesn't matter k factory setting kya thi. Aur wese bhi valves factory setting bhi to loose hoti hy lekin actually wo tight hi karney hotey hein. Hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

under power can be defined by various definations.
1. in low gears 2nd and 3rd bike rpm increases very fast but the speed increse is very slow.
2. on pillion riding bike tends to noise and stop at certain speed i mean hard to get top speed with pillion riding.
3. high fuel avrg if a bike is not performing upto its potential and consuming more fuel its also a sign of under power engine.
4. over heating.
dear mera point yeh hy k bike ko service center wale complete tune nahi krty. azhar sb k pas mai gya tha 2nd tuning k leay or unho ne complete checkup kea bike or un k kam k bd bike bht bht improve ho gae.
@clevever aapne Cg ki bat ki mai bilkul b cg k sath compare nahi kr rha is bike ko but cg ko mention is leay kea k hum sb kbi na kbi cg ki eccelration k fan rhy hyn.

dear the above mentioned MKZ 200 is giving 45 to 50 KM/liter fuel avrg. and this bike has completed its tour to neelum and nangaparbat base camp. my point of posting all these posts is that a passionate rider can enjoy more then a mechenic follow rider. simple hy agr hum khud apne 70 CC bikes a rear tyre khole to kbi b silencer ka chroom khrab na ho.

Mra frnd cg ka bht bara fan hy.. wo her time ye e kehta ta k tm ny ghalat bike choose kiya hy.. ussy dekhany k liye aik bar ma ny ussy peechy bethaya ore stop watch per 12 seconds set kiye bike 12 seconds ma 0 to 85 tak ponch gyaa.. one thing i will share k mra weight 93 hy nd my frnd is 85 kgs.
2nd... bike heat up tou kabi etna hwa e nai jitna k cg hota hy
3rd.... fuel consumption k bary batany ki to zarorat e nai hy kisi ko eder.... haan noise bike krta hy ager tunning 1500km se late ho jay tou.
Mri bike k sath top speed ka issue tha lkn thx Dar sb unn k larku ny 2 dafa tune ki hy bike and now ye 120 touch krta hy GT road per.
Now ap sb bhai decide kr lo k bike underpower hy ya nai

Rizwan ybz mai bht potential hy or yeh agr proper tune hu tu bilkul b underpower nahi hy. Or mera bike b azhar sb ki tuning k bd bht fit chal rha hy. Pr maine yeh issue face keay hyn is leay yaha share kea. Baqi mera point yeh hy service center wale proper kam janty nahi ya phr krty nahi. Agr mai khud rpm stable kr skta hon tu phir mechenic q nahi krta mje tu yehi kehty rhy vo k yeh normal bat hy jb k idle stable na hona normal nahi hota

I just returned from Abdullah Autos. Nisar sb and a young boy there did few changes to my YBZ. They noticed that my bike was over heated.

First of all they adjusted tappets.

Second they clean the plug.

Third, they lubricate the chain but didn't tight it as Nisar sb said that extra tight chain can be responsible for over heating.

Last, they change the carburetor settings and adjusted my RPM between 1.1 to 1.5. Also they suggested to mix hi octane oil. They say that regular petrol quality is not good enough for this bike.

Now after all this, I put hi octane oil in my bike around 4 ltr and tank is filled up till its cover.

As i mostly drive on canal road, I applied full power this time and again bike was between 100-110 but this time it reached quickly to this point as compare to my previous experience. I couldn't accelerate more because of traffic but i believe that it can achieve more speed if i push it a little more.

I was having self start issue that my bike wasn't getting start on first attempt which is resolved now and chain noise is also fixed.

I would say finally that we are driving 125cc engine and this bike is not under power as per 125cc but if we still want it to act as 150cc then we must have to do few modifications. I will do this after completing the warranty period of 12k...
