Well sometime you just can't control the things happening around you. This is done by an over confident mechanic of Yamaha quality control and I wouldn't like to mention their name as I don't want to damage someone repute in business. Since they disturbed the settings my bike isn't crossing hundred and I am eagerly looking for some solution but first I will try by myself.

48 is superb and you will get more after first tuning. Just don't let anyone to play with your carburator settings till at least 5 thousands kilometre.

Major problem with this bike that no one knows much about modification and fittings. I faced this in installing led and mud flap and finally wasting almost 600 rupee I settled myself for led idle position and right choice of mud flaps. In lahore malik electric is a good point for led fittings but you need to take an appointment from them same like doctor as those guys are having massive work load. It took me almost 4 hours today for led installation.

اس سکریو کو ٹیون کرنے کے لئے ، سب سے پہلے آپ آئیڈل کو تیز کر لیں، مطلب بائیک 2ہزار آر پی ایم سے تین ہزار آر پی ایم پر ریس ہو جائے۔ اب آپ نے دوسرے سکریو کو کلاک وائز گھمانا ہے۔ اسکا مطلب یہ ہو گا کہ آپ ائر انٹیک کم کر رہے ہیں۔ بائیک کی ریس بتدریج کم ہو جائے گی، حتٰی کہ بائیک بند ہونے پر آ جائے گی، پر جونہی بائیک بند ہونے پرآئے، آپ نے اینٹی کلاک وائز گھمانا ہے۔ اس سے دوبارہ ریس تیز ہونی شروع ہو جائے گے، اینٹی کلاک وائز گھماتے ہوئے ایک پوائنٹ ایسا آئے گا، جب ریس سب سے زیادہ ہو گی، مطلب سکریو کو مزید اینٹی کلاک وائز گھمانے پر بھی ریس مزید تیز نہیں ہو گی، اُس پوائنٹ پر سکریو کو مزید نہیں گھمانا۔ بلکہ وہ آپکا مطلوبہ ایڈجسمنٹ پوائنٹ ہے۔
If u want best fuel adjustment go futher quarter or half turn. At above mention point of highest rpm ur bike will produce crunch sound and u ll smell fuel when u start ur bike in morning.
Company setting is 2.5 turns. This is the standred procedure of setting air fuel ratio shared by a respected member frm khoshab. I have seen and study some other forum for mixture setting and this is a standard and tested method.

But is bat ka khas khayal rkhe k mixture scrow ko zor lga k tight nahi krna. I will suggest u to ask a service center guy to adjust ur mixture at company default position and yamaha machenics usally set mixture at company default. Becoz its easy for them to loss the carb. And adjust the screw at factory setting.

Many thanks for sharing the procedure. I will proceed myself first and if I couldn't get succeeded then definitely need to grab some Yamaha engineer to adjust idle settings for mixture. My concern is that it should exceed 100 in a swift but every mechanic is checking tappets instead of carburator. Let's see what I get from sharif autos on Monday. I am feeling that fuel average is decreased too but need to check it first. Yamaha trip meter button is inappropriately placed that my boy when ever gets closer to bike, he turns that switch and after that I lose everything. Yamaha had to place this button as some safe location but they didn't notice of it.

We cant say city big ore small for this kind of business. If you will visit him you will observe that a lot of people waiting for their term. And at the end of day he excuse them to come tomarrow.
He is not only tunning yamaha but Honda and other Chinese bikes also even some heavy bike riders also visit him for this purpose.

Yes you re right. I guess all Yamaha quality control shops are dealing in all type of bikes because only Yamaha do not give them the business they require.

Anyway, I just returned from one Yamaha quality control centre and mixture is set to its default company setting which is like 2.25 or 2.15. I don't know that much but as per mechanic saying that it will not cross 80 or 90 after doing this. I said you just do that settings and after that I test it on canal road. Again 100 or 105 was the last point but we can't accelerate more because of traffic: tank is full again with 60-40 ratio of hi octaine. I am hopeful to get a better mileage this time.

Im from chuhar chowk....
I was really terrified the whole night...that car was too fast...Alhamdulillah I m perfectly fine and bike is too.....it just touched the tyre.....no scratch.....but my handle and meter are dislocated....
Btw I got my bike tuned from Azhar sahab....he is really a nice person and don't get frustated on questions....Thanks about that too

True about mechanics. Actually the mentality most of them, they have that they don't want anyone to teach or learn anything and this is absolutely insane.

Good to see your bike pics. My bike too is limited to this speed of 100 and not able to cross it. However, I am currently concerned with fuel average and later I will raise its speed. My tyres need to be balanced and I guess there must be some improvement after wheel balancing.

Wheel balancing can make big difference.
And my bike didn't stuck at 100. Cnt take the pics of 110+ coz i was on highway and traffic was there at that time. Double swari the.

Yes true we need road clearance before such experiment of 110 and above. However if my bike will be able to hit 110, I am sure that I will be able to cruise it on 90 easily and that's what I want before visiting pak china border. One more thing I noticed in your pictures that you are running with almost an empty tank while I am running with full tank. Generally it should not impact on bike speed but there might be a chance. Correct me if I am wrong.
