Kindly contact with that person u talked about and ask him about the factory setting of mixture. As per my knowledge it is just above 2 or 2.25

Dear kal hi maine yamaha ybr ka user manual pdf mai dekha hy pr maine sirf kuch cheze dekhen the screen shot bna leay save nahi kea aap thori c search kro mil jy. Main issue yeh k mv 28 carburetor jo k yaha pakistan mai chala rha hy yeh nahi tha us manual mai baqi sb same hy.
