Huumm good question , that's why I post above picture , most of Us miss these small details & parts :o

First of all try not the wax settle in there , because if it get hard and thick & you use tooth brush, than its a chance you finish with swirls around emblems.

For chrome you need to use chrome cleaner/shiner along with brush

For the above picture I used detailer wash & wax spray with tooth brush & than a quick wax 'n' clean shot to give the overall same look.

JAZAKALLAHA , Thanks a lot !! , as mention by Adil Bahi below hibernation is good to keep her fit 'n' fine

have safe flight to angola aamir bhai, i think some hibernation is good for steermatic, mine also hibernating for last 4 months and still 2 months more to go.
cover is also there on my ride but last time there was too much dirt took me long time to clear all of it with garden hose, so this time i bought high pressure washer , and best part abt this washer is that it consumes 80% less water than a garden hose. so lets see what result it will give. once i get back home will try it and post all pict on steermatic club.

JAZAKALLAHA Adil Bahi , I am bit lucky, the dust settling time for me is 1 month , for your side its bit long , I also changed the cover , it has fabric underneath & regzeen gauge is also good , lets see how much it protect , I will up load the cover performance on my landing Inshallaha on 21st Dec.
