That seems to be the hinge where the bonnet closes. You can see the wiper bolt cover in the background.

Always take care of bumpers, when I start detailing I tend to do bumpers at the end ,but now I try to give them full attention.I prefer touching on small scratches instead of repaint.

yeeeaahhhhh baeebyyy... i like it dirty there are 2 ways i like cars, super clean and super dirty (exterior only) and now i ve seen urs in both conditions
anyways, i know how u feel after all the hardwork u do on it... well, cant fight nature, can we! mine is in same condition today... it rained here JUST enough to make cars dirty
