i think maximum 4-5k. for a GOOD quality job

if you are keeping the car for a while, get it resprayed.

if not, then spot repairs are possible to fix those small rusty areas. it will be taped, sanded, and then qalam (or spray, if painter can do it)

Cause previous owner was such a careless idiot that roof paint is dried up and it was well contained by meguiar's polish but last month tried cosmic on it and now it developed white dry spot.

personally, i would do the job at home, you need 1000 # sandpaper, masking tape, patience and a spray bottle (istree wali). mask it, carefully wetsand the rust off.

apply touch up paint. cheapest way. probably the best way

if you can get rust convertor, then it is good to use it before the paint, this will keep the rust from coming back.

Yup but what can one do.. Once I had mehran 95 as my first car.. it was full genuine inside/outside and was scratched and fade color and some placed dent repaired... I bought it for 2.5 lac and sold it for same price after one year to a genuine lover

but what about the edges of paint and grains in paint etc.... by the way its not rust on roof but a white spot in paint formed in last one month when I waxed with cosmic and it was mostly parked under cover for almost 3 weeks :(... today lifted the cover fully and spotted it. will post pic tomorrow

i think paint might have oxidised because of parking outside and under cover. cosmic ka koi qasoor ni
