While waiting for air burping tried to make DIY device by cutting bottle and fitting with rubber strips but when water got hot, it expanded the rubber and bottle neck dropped... lol
Anyway bleeded the air and secured cap.

Congrats Nasir Bhai,yes you're right it looks of good quality, and did you confirm the price from 3s? .3s or not it's probably the same thing like for eg numerous 3s are selling out guard stuff as they gave me a guard air filter. Btw what coolant are you using? they're plenty in the market not to mention the caltex one everyone likes is expensive.

today got checked AC.gas was low so refilled it.
Heater pipes were also disconnected which enhance the cooling effect to a great extent.Yes it does! But during the process he wasted coolant which was just replaced with zic coolant last week. I warned him to put a tub under.According to him only a glass would be wasted.But more than 1 litre was wasted. I stared and he was just standing with his face down. Phr maine uss ki sahi class li.

Haven't heard about this name earlier but these were the ones i liked , also the shopkeeper gave me a warranty of 1 year that agar aik saal me horn beth gya to wapis

You're totally right , the heating pipes of my car are also disconnected and it increases the cooling to a very great level , i've also permanently closed the outer air flap so no air will come from outside and the blower etc will remain clean

Replaced lower hose of radiator. New one is of Darson and quality looks good.

looks good quality.But how do we know that pipe needs replacement?just leakage or any other factor also counts in?

zic is equally good as caltex or toyota etc.i will buy one more bottle and put it in.
I bought from dealer so original product and comparatively low price from market. Rs.320 per litre whereas caltex was for 670.but their cost becomes approximately equal.
zic premix so 4 ltr cost 1280
caltex concentrated so 50:50 mix has to be prepared with distilled water 2 ltr cost 1340. So difference of only 60 rupees. I will prefer zic over caltex only because it comes premixed

Thanks dear, I haven't got its price from 3s. Previously I used pyro and it was really good. Now I have 2 bottles of Caltex in diggi but currently going to use cheap coolant for sometime to see if there is any leak still remaining or it drops level .

Good to see your Ac is working chill now. Son of my mechanic once changed the heater hose and there were hardly few drops of coolant lost.

Do you mean fresh air flap by outer air flap? If yes then bro it helps in a better way for removing fog as its less humid.

Yes, while inspecting from underneath, there were signs of green coolant at the end of the pipe where it connects to radiator. Though nothing drop on floor and thats why it tool long to find out. When inspecting after removal saw little crack on the inside of the pipe....... For the time being I wrapped paper tape on metal pipe and tightened the hose on it as it was sunday last week and shops were close. there was 0 leakage after that but still changed with new this saturday to be on safe side

Why need to block heater pipe while you can stop heater function via dashboard knob? and how the block it......... join both the pipes with each other or block both pipe with something?
