the holes you see on the lower sides of the interior cab take a spray of cavity wax in them to be correctly insulated from water/moisture. You should also use some sound deadening material to cover them - that area amplifies road noise and lets it enter the cabin too.

Disc pad 4750
disc plates 3900
Brake shoe 3560
Wheel drum 3600
Brake oil 370x2
Labour 812 + bleeding 560
Total 17922 only

yeah i also thought same and spending this much amount for these parts is'nt worth it.. i said bhai tu gari neche utaar de main parts khud source kr dun ga and come back some day later

and yes 1 more thing. When car was jacked up, i tried to spin wheels with hand and i could hear some sound due to resistance at every rotation like if brake pads are touching wheels. Mechanic told me that it is normal and happens with every car. Really is it so?

Yes my mechanic also told me same.. I bugged him for this every time and he told me same every time... I think its fine.
I got disc pads for 800 while shoes were fine... labor was 1000 including silencer seal replacement, brakes service and price of fly wheel safety plate.

i didn't hear any sound but yeah there surely is some resistance in mine
