Yup, vapor barrier is there and I installed it myself... but seems it hasn't glued properly and hence caused this to happen.

What are you using as glue?

Original black tar like glue was worn and not sufficient so used silicone to glue it. Also I suspect there were some spaces that were not fully covered.

silicone is never used there as it will not adhere to the plastic sheet when the interior temperature increases.

The butyl tape is available easily from car AC repair shops and also glass repair shops and also the suzuki showroom parts counter, (they sell it as tape) - it remains pliable forever.

exactly what the hell kind of stitch was your guy trying to make? - These look like field sutures done in a warzone.

call a suzuki showroom parts counter and ask them, the owner manual wont have the part number of the timing belt.

This is my own effort, meaning I did it myself. This stitch you see is called baseball stitch. In Pk its called gom silaai, its done with 2 needles and waxed cord.

In the picture the result isnt good as the job wasnt finished, I was checking the steering button fitting here.

Haven’t changed it but i guess seats of Japanese cars can easily fit Cultus
I have seen plenty of people changing seats of Mehran with Japanese Kei car seats
