Till now i had the impression that sheikh brothers are the sole importers for yokohama and we used to check for sheikh brothers stickers on tires but the other day in tire point metro saw these yokahama with stickers from j rashid. Are they also importing tires? Please guide..

They could lie on sole importer. As far as I have experienced, Metro don't stock fake products.
the warranty sticker is in same font and style like that of sheikh brothers.
