i searched & came to know that after marble, aster 5 years, polish become dim then u can easily polish but in tiles u have to maintain it & no option for re-polishing, so for long run marble is better choice
for paint i need botyh outside as well as inside, nowadays i dont know what they call it but paint outside by machine with some "khudra effect " on wall, yaar matt finish is easy to clean than others because my children r fond of drawing on walls by pencils so matt one is the best option to me , isn't
