Yokohoma A drive on my cultus - Grip is okayish but cornering is awesome. Tires are relatively hard (8/10)

Dunlop Sp Sport 9000 on my corolla - Awesome grip, cornering and comfortable ride. Excellent tire 10/10

I paid 5500/tyre Yoko A Drive (mfg. 1609) . They are size 195/55/15, 85V. This was from Melody, and just 2 weeks ago. You're getting a fair price (Y)

If you choose to go to Asad Tyres, I would be obliged if you could ask him if 205/55/15 are available, and for what price, and which model, if so.

I went to Asad tyres and got Yoko C drive on Waleed bhai's recommendation.Regarding price for 205/55/15 Price for Yoko is Rs 6000.thanx Waleed bro 4 ur advice.Will tell u soon about its performance specially in rainy season.

Thanx.But Mr Asad was saying that Yoko C drive is not currently available in ur required specifications.But Yoko is available in 205/50/15 and 195/50/15 in some other category,thats why i hav given u his no.

honda civic 2006..ive been using dunlop lemans 224/45/r16 made in japan...nd these tires are awesom in terms of grip and comfort..dun noe abt the life yet just installed them...costed 9k fr each tire...rating 9/10!

3.continental conti pro contract : excellent tires very grippy excellent braking, no noise and good durability.thumbs up for continental.
best tires ive ever used.using on a corolla 195/65/r15

Oh. Actually Ive been looking for 205/55/15 for quite a while, seems its not available anywhere...

For Corolla 2001-8 model (with 185/65/14) as stock, this is the best replacement size. Its sad its not available anywhere :S

205/50 profile is too low, even 55 is marginal. 50 would make the ride very stiff, thats why I want 55.

Are you referring to Corolla Indus model 2001-8? 195/65/15 is 6.5% larger than OEM specs (from 185/65/14)...

YOKOHAMA aspec A300 195/65/15

drove 62000km and still tyres were in great shape but have replaced them now overall excellent tyre soft reasonable grip and soundless .Excellent tyre( 9/10)

New tyres are YOKOHAMA DB series 195/65/15

They are very quite and good grip not used much only time will tell i guess

I hope you're aware 195/65/15 will give you 6.5% error on odometer/speedometer...its recommended to stay within 3%..

over all 85 good comfortable ride and MashAllah bought them in feb 25 2008 and still no puncture ir any other problem some times in wet weather they aint that good
but over all i like them
periviosly my car had HANKOOK H706 and they were much better in wet weather but ride was not good at all

Very soft, noiseless, great traction for the size very comfortable ride. Great even when harshly driven. Not so great on wet surfaces.

Good grip, good on corners, wear and tear fast, bad traction on dusty surface. Oddly not as comfortable as Sumitomo on the same car with lower profile.

Good tire, overall nice traction and grip. Not noisy. Has good braking performance as well.

Dunlop Sp SPort 300 185/65/15 88H (stock on older Vti) is a fantastic tyre! It didnt wear out fast either, I drove them more than 70k km...! And they werent noisy, nor was my car stiff.

I think they were terrific on my 2003 Vti and I rate them 9/10.

Yea i understand i was looking for 195/60/15 but could not find them ...when on motor way i keep to 110 ....according to gps device at 120/h km my actuall speed is 128 km/h :).......

@HG,

I had them on my 02 Vti originally and still do on my 04, I don't really think they're that good though I've been an advocate of Dunlop in the past. Comparing them to Sumitomo as thats what I replaced them with, they really aren't that great unfortunately.
