I have Honda CIty 2006 50K driven, I normally used Honda Oil from the company, later, after 40K driven I switched to Caltex Havoline Formula . I alwayz changed oil after 5K. Now I want to switch to ZIC A+, any advise (pros cons) about it ?? also let me know the shop in Islamabad from where i can get Geniune Oil Filter guranted.

Dear just use XADO Atomic oil it is best i am using it from last 2 moths and it is now 9600km used but it is still fine

I am agree with Mr.ABKhan. I use XADO City Line engine oil with drain interval 15000-17000 Km. It has the following benefits:

totally agreed. Zic A+ is not fuly synthetic. its a higher grade mineral oil as quoted above. and price of Zic XQ and Mobil 1 have very lil difference

As claimed by the company, ZIC A+ is fully synthetic.

I have used Zic A+ in my Cultus upto 70k then start using Zic Hi Flo. Is is right to change this grading?

I use Mobil 1 0W40 in W202 with Mobil filter or if NA Bosch filter and change after 19K KM or 1 year whichever comes first.

In Civic 2005 Shell Helix HX7, Honda Filter (atleast what the plaza guys say) after every 5,000 Km or 1 year.

Just make sure the ratings and viscosity are same as your owner manual, everything else will be fine.

I recommend ZIC A, API SM, SAE 10W40 with 4-5 k ODI

Yar i m having problem with my engine oil duration, i m currently using mehran 2007.

I was using shell helix plus till today that work for 5000km but i don't have habbit of checking my engine oil so suddenly when i saw my engine oil today after 4400km there was negligible oil left ,then i got worried and went to mechanic he without checking anything said there is no leakage so its going to be something to do with the engine rings and the whole engine needs to be opened up it will cost ~ 25000 rupees ,but heck my car has just gone through a mileage of 39200 km ,how the heck engine can break down so quickly?Also there is not any kind of smoke coming out from exhaust/silencer or in typical mechanic term (dholki)

Anywayz i haven't allowed him to open my engine n stuff today i bought a ZIC A+ engine oil with stated mileage of 5000km ,but i m really worried about the problem .

can somebody here guide me about this?

and have somebody ever faced such problem?
