Nope. Dongles are mostly huawei manufactured. Then locked by the carriers. So no reason for it. But it will brick if you do it wrong.

Mere pas b zong mbb device hy, sim packages less rate hone ki waja se unlock krny ka soch rha..So muje unlock krni chaye ya ni?And what about sharing, sharing sim pkg k hisab se hogi ya unlock device mn sim dalny se sharing increase ho jani???
