I need help from the experts i'm having vitz 2003 automatic and I live in karachi. My car has very unusual problem it is that when I apply brakes the pedal goes much down the way and then the brakes get applied. Also when I drive my car on a traffic road. So you have to acclearate then put brakes then acclearate then put brakes, there my brake pedal gets jammed and there are chances of getting my car hit by the other car. But the jamming part never happened when I drive my car on petrol. Another problem also occured few days back that my car was running fine few days back now something happened that the pick of the car is not good. I have already got tuned the setting of the intake of CNG by a mechanic couple of times. It is fine when he tuned it but afterwards it when again becoming worst. Now I was driving on CNG with the same condition and then the car began to slow down and then my car was driving 15Km/h.
Please help me out solve this problem. Is there a good mechanic here. Who knows how to cope with these problems. I don't care about the money I just want my car to be fit for driving just like it should be.
i think ur maf sensor might need cleaning !
refer to the vitz owners club for detailed info.
Sorry for double posting.
But what is this maf sensor and where it is located?
Also one more question is there a filter for CNG kit. Like there is an air filter, oil filter. Is there something like this which also may cause the choke in running during CNG.
Vitz gives this problem on CNG like brake getting "danda". There is no solution to it. Trust me, u have to live with it

well the cng kit gets filled up with oil and other residue that might have come with the gas. you can get that cleaned, but that would not be the problem in my opinion. second, the maf (mass air flow sensor) measures the amount of air going in the engine it is located beneath the air filter box. https://www.pakwheels.com/forumreply_az_TopicID!54468~ForumID!27~pw.html
Brake problem in CNG in vitz is common. Get your CNG tunned up on computer. Get your MAF sensor service. Refer to Page 244 on Vitz owners club thread. MAF sensor is located near the airfilter box. Installing Lamba sensor will help you in vitz. Check your airfilter too and use Denso K16R U plugs for vitz. Gapping should be between 0.8-1 MM.
bro if the brake problem does not occur on petrol then the cng has problems with it. or other wise if the problem presists then do get ur brake oil cheked because that is also one reason why the brakes get hard but make sure u check it on petrol first.
yar the main problem is da rpm problem
u ll noticed it ll happen when the ac is on
there is no solution bt one just make setting of ur rpm at 1500 then it will solute ur problem to sum extend
means kafi behta ho jay ga
when rpm r low brakes got hard
