The car in question is Civic 2005 vti with CNG, Its been driven in Islamabad only except since last year in pindi too.
I bought the car in sept 2005 brand new, earlier it was driven by driver now it is driven by me since
The height of the car certainly has decreased somewhat as compared to when it was new. Last week I went to Honda workshop and asked for status of suspension and they guy gave me an estimate of 80k+
He said this is the max amount and we can only confirm what needs changing once the suspensions are opened. Now is it wise to open suspension just to see if things need changing?
Is there no other way to confirm that it IS time to get suspension work done?
My observations:
The car is hard on bumps (but every honda is i guess)
There is some low chun chun noise coming from the back when i am on bumpy road (haven't confirmed if it is seat covers, something in trunk or from shocks)
When parked, i tried to move the car sideways and up and down by hand on all four sides but cant hear that sound or any other sound from suspension.
So i am confused! need help. @xulfiqar
