It is recommended to stay within 3% of OEM tire size, whereas you've exceeded OEM tyre size by around 10.8% (shall put extra load on engine too). Additionally your speedometer will show speed 10% less than you are driving at.
Even if it is not good for your car, it shouldn't be bad in comfort IMO with mere 28 psi.
If loaded, the tyre might touch wheel arch and become a safety hazard. This out-spec'd tyre might also rub when steering is fully turned to one side.
