AOA All. I have recently completed payments in relation to a car leased from Dubai Islamic Bank and am wondering whether the file I have collected from the bank is complete as it appears to me that some documents may be missing. Please help me determine whether the below documents are complete or if anything is missing:
The following document was already in my possession:
- ONE original certificate of registration It is a single page with signature of registering authority Lahore with details of registration and vehicle particulars. It is stapled inside a wallet with some blank papers attached.
The following documents were returned to me by the Bank on completion of payments:
1. TWO copies of certificate of registration as above (copies are not stamped or anything).
Form F (Application registration of motor vehicle) x ONE original with stamp of motor registration authority Lahore
Sales certificate of Indus Motor Company Limited x ONE original stamped with "Seen M.R.A Lahore" and "Defaced" (Why does it say defaced?? Seems a bit strange.)
Invoice of Indus Motor Company x ONE original stamped with "Defaced". Again same question as above.
Form T.O x ONE original with my signature only but no date. Should this not also be signed by the Bank??
Copy of my CNIC with stamp of vehicle registration no.
NOC and Release Letter both ONE original each on letterhead of Bank and signed.
Blank transfer letter on stamp paper of Rs.100 x ONE original with my signature and other details left blank. I think this is for use if/when I transfer the vehicle?
Can anyone comment on whether the above documents are complete?
