Exclamation Vitz'08 Seat Belts Problem, Urgent Help

(This thread is on behalf of a friend)
A friend of mine just imported Vitz'08 Auto,

Problem is that its seat belts are not working, seat belts are jammed, whenever we drive the car, seat belts warning light starts blinking with a disturbing beep sound...

Is there any method or procedure to use the seat belts as we are new to Auto transmission cars...

Secondly it is a push start(start/stop button) car, no key related setup is there everything is controlled through remote,
Is it possible to install a proper ignition system, just like in normal manual cars...

    Waiting for usual response...

    Thanks & Regards,
    Haali

@all; Issue has been solved, there was a button near the dashboard that we missed during all the 'desi totka' drill, now the seat belts are working & indication lights are working as they have to...

and why do u want to get rid of the push start button? :s i ve seen people getting mad for it and ur friend wants to get rid of it?

air bags & very other item of the car has been checked by a technical guy, it is clean from any accident & everything is intact, no sign of replacement or damage inside or outside..

People here are getting mad because they think Push start setup a unique thing, I am sure that 110% people here that have installed aftermarket Push button have never installed it with proper wiring, involving all the circuitry of that car,.... & that is not more than a 'showpiece'.

This car have Push start button with auto-start(don't know the exact word) setup, that starts the car smoothly.

push start setup fails if you service any car in a local service station, this happened with a Yaris near my home, that guy spent 40k to replace that Push start setup with key start setup. its maiintenance is very expensive, so it is better to replace it as soon as possible..

Yes, show me the thing you are talking about. As for replacing push button, to me you seem to be one of those who remove the appendix from a baby so it doesn't bother later in life. Enjoy it till you can man! Your car is one hell of a ride. Enjoy it till it lasts!

    You r rite..
well I have clearly mentioned in the parent post that it's not my car, it's my friends car I own a Mehran rite now
well.... my friend just want an estimate, if we want to replace it later on what will be the cost? he will keep this setup as long as possible.
(Actually this car has only a remote, that controlls doors, trunk etc..there is no key we all have the habit of key setup like in old cars.)
I will try to post the pic of that button, but it's situated in such a position that my Old camera can't cover it properly...

Meray bhai...read all the post, it's not wiring/ecu blah blah problem, it has been fixed now without any tempering with its original accessories...

I missed out the 'friend's' part. Since it is his, ask HIM to take the picture. Maybe he has a new(er) camera too!

    No...
to me, that button only works for seat belts...there is no link with Airbags but I guess, Airbags deploys only if you are wearing seat belts..

I hope I am not wrong...

for that button pic, I will get back to u as soon as possible..
